Frequently Asked Questions:

  • Please contact Great Lakes Holsters if you are interested in a Tactical Infusion print for your holster. GLH will be glad to help you find the look you are interested in. For custom prints, Tactical Infusions requires a high quality graphic (picture) file (JPEG, PNG, VECTOR etc.) that is not currently trademarked. GLH can forward your graphic to Tactical Infusions or you can contact them as well. Tactical Infusions prints are $15 for one print or $10 for two or more.
  • Regular checking and tightening of screws and fasteners on your Great Lakes Holster maybe required. 
  • Payment for all online / phone / email ordered purchases are credit card or Paypal preferred. Invoicing is through email only. We are unable to take over the phone credit card transactions at this time.
  • GLH will accept U.S. Post Office money orders only. Please contact GLH before mailing. Please do not mail cash. All other forms of payment (personal checks, bank checks, all other brands of money orders) will be returned.
  • At this time, Great Lakes Holsters will not accept delivery of any type of customer owned item for holster or sheath making.
  • GLH offers all current  LEO / military / first responders a 10% discount. Please contact us before ordering. 

Warranty:

  • All holsters purchased from this website are covered by a limited warranty for one year from the date of purchase. 
  • Proof or purchase is required.
  • Warranty does not cover obvious abuse ( our discretion ).
  • Great Lakes Holsters will fix or replace ( our discretion ) any damage or defect in your holster caused by normal use.
  • Warranty does not transfer.
  • Contact us for any issues or questions.

Return Policy:

  • No returns or exchanges of any CUSTOM ORDERED item. This includes any item built with special instructions, parts or prints.
  • You may return any standard / non-custom item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
  • If you need to return an item, please contact us and we will quickly respond with instructions.

Shipping:

  • For all orders, Great Lakes Holsters ships anywhere in the continental United States for free using USPS First Class Parcel or Retail Ground (4-7 business days). The option for USPS Priority (1-3 business days) is available for an extra fee. Please contact us for shipping outside the United States. 
  • Shipping times are approximate and are subject to change. Items requiring custom parts from an outside source may delay shipping.
  • Order status requests are welcome and GLH will advise updates via email.

Any information collected by Great Lakes Holsters through this website store will not be used by Great Lakes Holsters for any purpose that isn't expressly documented by this policy.
